fh888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Opening or operating multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• A withdrawal request may be placed on hold pending KYC verification, bonus wagering completion, or fraud review. You will be notified via your registered email if a hold is applied.

Sports Betting

Live Casino & Slots

• All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, verified physical randomisation by human dealers. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by fh888, the player, or any third party.

fh888 reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected. In serious cases, fh888 may report relevant information to appropriate authorities.

fh888 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and to any additional conditions published with the specific promotion. Where a conflict exists between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Either you or fh888 may close a player account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on who initiates the closure and the reason for it.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your fh888 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Standard account closures are processed within 24 hours of the request being verified. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet converted through wagering) will be returned to your primary withdrawal method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons (including self-exclusion), please state this explicitly when contacting support. Self-exclusion closures are processed with higher priority and include additional safeguards — see Section 8 for full details.

fh888-Initiated Suspension or Closure

fh888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns;
• Evidence that the account is being operated by a person under 18 years of age;
• Detection of account sharing, the use of automated betting tools, or collusion with other players;
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed by fh888 due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, fh888 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. Where the balance is determined to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity, it will not be returned.

Where an account is closed for administrative reasons (inactivity, unverifiable KYC, or platform policy changes) and no breach has been confirmed, any real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable dormancy fees as stated in the fee schedule published on the platform.
